La Casa Verde Experience the real Sicily in our cosy town house well situated in the heart of historic Caccamo. Close to the castle, restaurants, bars and shops. With it’s timbered ceiling and exposed stone walls, the house has been tastefully restored to retain it’s rustic character, yet it also provides the modern conveniences you need for a relaxing holiday. You can enjoy fresh baked bread and pastries from the local baker just along the street or take breakfast at a local bar just a couple of minutes walk away. The house is arranged on two floors and will sleep up to 3 people. There is a good mobile phone signal upstairs and 3G coverage for mobile internet users. |
Bedroom/Sitting Room The beds made from local timber can be arranged as two singles or a double. There is a sitting area with sofa and coffee table and a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views to the mountains. A fold out bed is available for a third person which can be situated in the bedroom or downstairs. For your entertainment there's a DVD player and a radio/CD player with iPod dock. A table and chairs are provided should you wish to dine upstairs or to sit and write your postcards home. For your convenience there's an oscillating fan, bedside lamps and an alarm clock (as a backup for your own so you won't miss your flight home). Off the bedroom is a walk in cupboard to hang clothes and store luggage. |

Kitchen / Diner The kitchen is well equipped for preparing tasty meals from the local produce. Kitchen facilities include a 4 ring gas cooker with oven, microwave with grill, fridge with an ice box, coffee makers, chopping boards, juice squeezers etc. There's even a whistling kettle for tea lovers. If you're only planning on taking hand luggage to save on airline baggage charges there's a washing machine and a steam iron and ironing board so you can always look your best. |

Shower room This has a large washbasin and shower tray and an electric razor point. Towels are provided for each person staying in the house. Other Facilities A selection of guidebooks, maps, phrase books and an Italian/English dictionary are are provided for you to use during your stay. There is a shoeshine kit, mending/repair kit, hairdryer and also some digital luggage scales so you won't go overweight on your luggage when you return home. |
